Who We Are
We do meat processing of game and any other carcasses in our butchery, it's a huge passion of ours and we enjoy every bit of it.
we supply good quality meat and have been for the past 5 years.
We farm ourselves
We support other farmers by buying out when necessary
We market ourselves
We process/pack ourselves
We also deliver ourselves
WHY? is what many people ask, why don't we just take to the market, or supply supermarkets?
Here are some reasons:
1. Eliminating the middle man ensures fresher vegetables with better prices.
2. Everyone likes vegetables directly from the land/garden, we want to make it possible for everyone.
3. For us as farmers, it is a much better market to sell directly to the consumer, although we still take some of our vegetables to the market. (Nothing against markets etc., they play an incredible role in the vegetable industry) it's just more fun for us to create our own market.
What is our goal?
We aim for bigger planting space. To grow in ourselves as the vegetables grow in the soil, to be able to supply more areas with fresh vegetables and to help other farmers to get better prices for their products.
To help where we can and to live our passion for farming in such a way as to inspire many more people who have the opportunity.
To also develop and grow our butchery and hopefully keep it running for generations to come.
